Jenkins Haynes PLLC is a boutique transactional firm based in Greensboro, North Carolina. We practice throughout North Carolina in the areas of corporate, commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital. We generally do not handle any litigation matters. We take a team approach to every matter, with the aim of achieving our client’s objectives efficiently.
- Commercial Real Estate: A diverse commecial real estate practice focused in real estate development, acquisitions, sales, financing, and leasing.
- Mergers & Acquisitions: Represent buyers and sellers of assets or equity ownership with a particular focus in change of control transactions of small market, mid-market, and closely-held businesses in a variety of industries.
- Venture Capital: Represent founders, issuers, and investors in connection with private placement security transactions throughout all stages of an issuer’s life cycle and across industry sectors.
- General Business: Serve as outside general counsel to companies and their owners in connection with a wide variety of governance, contract, employment, and business matters.
